O'Shea's offer two types of vacate cleans.

O’SHEA’S ECONO CLEAN

1. All internal surfaces (including light fittings) are to be dusted.
2. Dust and dirt must be removed from all window and door tracks and sills.
3. All fixtures (bench tops, vanities and wall tiles must wiped over with a clean damp cloth and left free of smears and soap residue).
4. All non carpeted floor surfaces must be swept; vinyl, tile and similar floor finishes must be mopped.
5. Carpeted areas must be vacuumed.
6. Internal areas and surfaces of all robes, linen, kitchen cupboards and drawers must be wiped with a damp cloth and left free of smears.

O’SHEA’S DLX CLEAN

1. All walls, ceilings, wall tiles including splashbacks, doors, kitchen bench tops, external surfaces of cupboards and drawers, robes and vanities must be washed/thoroughly cleaned to remove grime, marks and stains. Tiles must be polished to a dry surface with no streaks.
2. All architraves, skirtings, windows and tracks, doorframes and furnishings must be wiped with a damp cloth/cleaned to remove grime, marks and stains.
3. Internal surfaces of all window and/or door glass must be wiped over.
4. All shower glass must be cleaned and polished to a dry streak free surface with all calcium, soap and other deposits removed.
5. Baths, basins, taps and spouts, pedestal pans, cisterns, shower stalls, soap dishes and laundry cabinets and tubs must be cleaned to a dry streak free finish – all grime, marks and stains must be removed.
6. Mirrors and all glazing frames must be cleaned and polished to a dry streak free surface.
7. All non carpeted floors must be mopped/thoroughly cleaned to remove grime, marks and stains.
8. Carpeted floors must be vacuumed.
9. Blinds must be dry dusted.
10. All mildew/mould to be treated and removed with products that will not adversely affect any surface to which they are applied.
11. External surfaces of ovens, cooktops, dishwashers, air-conditioners, heaters, fireplaces and external flue surfaces, exhaust fans and rangehoods, ceiling fans, light and fan switches and power points must be cleaned.
12. Internal and external surfaces of light fittings must be wiped down and insects must be removed from light fittings.
13. All cobwebs must be removed from all internal areas. Must also remove external cobwebs at the entrance to the property.
14. Minor rubbish not exceeding one 25 litre garbage bag in volume must be removed.
15. Unattached buildings (garages, carports, sheds) must be cleaned including sweeping of floors, removing cobwebs, dust walls, ceilings, doors, light fittings, switches, power points and glass (if customer has requested these areas are cleaned).

Extra charges apply for:

1. Blinds - to be removed, thoroughly cleaned and replaced (we are not able to do this for all types of blinds)
2. Ovens - to remove all baked on deposits, including rangehood and filter
3. Rooms - areas larger than 20m sq.
4. Rooms - areas that are heavily soiled, vandalised etc
5. Extra rubbish removal
6. Windows to be cleaned internally and externally to a streak free finish
7. Fireplaces - extra charge for full clean of fireplace - price on application only
