At O’Shea’s we are not happy until you are! We are so confident in our products and services that we would like to offer you the following guarantee: 

 

Deluxe carpet clean

If you are not happy we will come back and assess the situation no questions asked. If there is something that we have done wrong or failed to do we will fix this at our cost. If the problem was not caused by O’Shea’s we will work with you to come up with an appropriate solution.

 

Economy carpet clean

We find that in most instances carpets are not cleaned as often as they should be and for this reason we strongly recommend our Deluxe clean. If you chose an economy clean and you are not satisfied with the results we will assess your situation on a case by case basis taking into consideration the condition of the carpet both before and after it was cleaned.

In this instance we may chose to come out and assess the situation or we may gather the information and make an assessment without an on site visit. We will work with you to come up with an appropriate solution.

The condition report that is recorded both before and after your carpet clean is vital in helping us ascertain the facts and we ask that you sign this so that we can be confident that you have read and understood your condition report.

 

Feedback

At O’Shea’s we pride ourselves on customer service and we welcome any feedback that you may have including suggestions, compliments and complaints. Please feel free to provide your feedback either by our General Enquiry Form or phone us on (08) 8355 5727.

In the instance of a complaint an administration representative from our head office will be responsible for assisting  you. This representative will be your contact until your complaint has been resolved, and you should communicate directly with this person. This person will deal with your service provider and manage the issue on your behalf. In some instances we ask you to speak directly with the service provider but your administration representative will still be responsible for working with you until the issue is resolved.
