In order to cancel a booking with O'Shea's without penalty, we require 24 hours notice prior to the time of your booking. If you do not offer 24 hours notice you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $81.00.

Should you need to reschedule or cancel a booking then do so by phoning (08) 8355 5727. We do not accept email cancellations or cancellations sent via our website (due to the 'anonymity' associated with the Internet). You may phone 7 days per week but our preference is for you to make these arrangements with us during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm). Outside of business hours should be reserved for emergencies only.

We will arrive as close to the booking time as possible. Due to traffic and unforeseen circumstances, occasionally we will not be right on time. Our preference is to give 1 hour leeway when booking a time slot with you. We strive to ring each customer if we expect to arrive more than 15 mins before or after the time booked. Your patience is appreciated.

 Please note that any prices and times given are estimates.  Prices are confirmed by technicians and cleaners on arrival. 

 We require access to power unless discussed at the time of booking. 

Payment for job is required on the day, unless an arrangement for an account has been made prior with our booking office (please call one of our friendly staff on 8355 5727 if you would like to arrange an account.)

We do not accept Diners or Amex cards. Visa, Mastercard, Bartercard, Business Cheques, Cash are all accepted methods of payment. If you are not going to be on site you will need to arrange payment when you make a booking or before we arrive with our office on 8355   5727. If you leave part way through a job you will be required to make payment before you leave (in case your return is delayed).

Commercial clients can apply to set up an account with O’Shea’s. If you wish to run an account please ensure this is finalised before we attend your site.

Please move as much furniture as possible prior to our arrival.
